It could be part of female narcissism. Men sexually desire her so much that they can't control themselves around her. Or perhaps a tactic in manipulation...if she is a rape victim, you be less likely to cross her.
Most women have rape fantasies, so perhaps fantasy and reality become blurred.

It's not their fault. It doesn't make them bad human beings.
But they have a giant pile of baggage that is not your responsibility to sort out when there are plenty of women out there who are NOT broken.
