It sounds to me like you're her plate, not the other way around. You clearly still have strong feelings for this girl and are her in-between/backup plan. BTW - girls will always say 'you were the best sex I ever had' when they want to hookup with a past fling, don't take it seriously. Sounds miserable, honestly. Are you spinning other plates?

Keep this in mind (thats your frame) and you are gonna be OK. As for her wanting to find some other dude, you cant control her, and she will do whatever the hell she wants. And you keep improving yourself and banging other chicks.
