I wouldn't because it's just calling for trouble down the line. You should be in a position of abundance. If she falls on your dick, so be it, but I wouldn't actively pursue anything with her.

If you have other possibilities to get laid, why risk your job? Even if it's temporary, it's not worth risking your income over pussy.

The ethics part... It's up to you. It's her responsibility to stay faithful, not yours to make her do it. (I'm really not trying to moralize by the way)

Do not focus on her boyfriend at all during the seduction. You do not want to remind her about him all the time.

Some chicks are easy to get to cheat, others take time.

For a longer seduction continually prove your value. Make her laugh. Flirt. Kino. Invite her for coffee during lunch. Eventually slowly start getting her into the habit of lying to her BF about what she is doing. The moment she first lies to him she has already made the decision to cheat.

Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, but I've read somewhere on here that when she complains about her boyfriend to you, you do not speak ill of him to her but rather prop him up and tell her to give him the benefit of a doubt. This has a reverse psychology thing and brings her closer to you and makes him look worse.

That would be a moral choice, and as such is out of the realm of this sub.. the choice is up to you.. as for how you do it? the same as if she didn't have a BF... it doesn't matter to her, so why should it matter to you?
