Sounds like alot of hamster here. Get out of your fucking head and stop trying to blame nature for your failings.

The point isn't the succeeding or failing.... the point is all about the TRYING, and not giving up if you don't succeed the first time.

Jesus, it's like you've quit before you even started, because "I'm not lucky enough genetically". Bull shit. Get off your ass and make something of yourself.

It's not about you having to be better they Arny, it's about you being the BEST FUCKING VERSION OF YOURSELF you can be... and not making any bullshit excuses why it's not happening.

Potential is just that... it's what you are capable of achieving... but you have to strive to achive your MAXIMUM.. whatever that is... and until you KNOW what your maximum is, you are wasting your potential.

I've listen to their podcasts, all of them were just like you. One couldn't even walk outside without panic attacks.

Stop whining.

The difference between you and "the naturals," is you have perspective, and know first hand how sucky the other side feels. That is extra motivation.

Getting your shit together is hard work. But like anything, the more hard work you put into something, the easier and more "natural" it becomes.

If you aren't up for the challenge, then mediocrity may be in your future.

But never think that you can't. And never think that you shouldn't try.

If at the very least you're not packing serious muscle and lean, your argument has no basis.

It would be a very different story if you said "I'm muscular and lean, but I can't progress anymore", you're defending your position of denial saying that you "tried", fuck that noise, I've been trying to get to sub 13% BF for two years now, two fucking years and the only reason I keep doing it and I don't settle for "it's in my nature to be fat" is that I haven't done it a 100% serious yet, and if I have not put a 100% commitment yet, how can I say that it's not in my nature?

I think there are a lot more lurkers on TRP than we know. We only hear about the success stories because everyone likes to tell them. We hardly share our failures because we are taught not to.

Like I ask everyone who's going through a hard time or rut - do you have a terminal illness? If not, you're gonna make it. Hit the gym and clean yourself up and things will fall into place!
