I don't like to blame the victim and if the stories are how she says then that's terrible. Not your problem, but terrible.

From a relationship standpoint you do have to be critical and ask yourself what kind of judgment this girl has. She gets so drunk she can't control herself and is predictably taken advantage of. She is not girlfriend material. That's also assuming everything she says is true which itself is a stretch.

Also have to question her judgment in telling you at all. You didn't need to know and she probably is manipulating you to get Captain Save a Hoe to Suit up, which he (you) has.

TL;DR : IF SHE IS NOT GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION, DON"T BE THE KNIGHT WITH THE ARMOR. IF SHE IS, THEN YOU USE DISCRETION TO SUPPORT HER.

Attention seeking behavior, possible stage 5 clinger, unstable, attention whore.. etc.

The oddity of the situation is, you cannot "FIX" and should not try to "FIX" her emotional state. Even if it happened, she should probably go to therapy. I'd say determine her other actions and see if she seems stable. I know at least one girl who has used victimization as attention seeking / white knight gauging behavior.

you sir have found yourself a professional victim. i'm not disputing what happened is fucked up, but ask yourself why she is telling you this 2 months into a relationship?

i've dated some wacko's in my time but the worst were the ones with a victim mentality.

Take this from someone who's run aground on this rock two or sixteen times.

Any claims of sexual assault (childhood or as an adult) are grounds for an instant, nc, hard next. Either she's fucked up mentally or she's a professional pity party hostess.

Believe me when I say that she is nothing but drama and heartache waiting to happen.

You can't fix what happened. You can't avenge her and you can't make her get help. You can let her know that you support her and will be there if she ever wants to talk about it or take action.
