Agree and escalate while laughing at it. You can make fun of them back but make sure it's coming from a place of lighthearted humor and not legitimate emotional distress.

People prey on weakness. So don't be weak.

Don't care about your forehead. Learn to laugh at yourself. Learn not to care. Don't need their approval. Don't care about their disapproval. BE ON YOUR MISSION.

Also, learn to fight back. Work out everybody's weakness. Think of something cutting about everyone way in advance... most people have a weakness that you can hit that will actually get to them. And if not, most others will create a weakness for you if you keep probing relentlessly enough.

Honestly take it and laugh at it and if it's funny give them kudos if it's lame just insult them how lame they are.
