If you've just started to lift, this is all in your head because no change happens that quickly.

Otherwise, see a doctor if you're really concerned.

You're fat. Keep lifting and making sure you're in a caloric deficit.

I've noticed the same thing. My non-medical hypothesis - the fat is softened so the body can burn it now that you are lifting and eating right
