This is actually a very hard one for a 19-year-old.

On one hand, you already LTRed her, so she could be shit-testing you by making a power play, e.g., trying to get some control over the relationship and make it more about pleasing her and less about fucking you. Or maybe (likely, actually) there's another guy that's the source of her "doubts". Women don't fuck things up with a good guy just because they can unless they have another guy lined up.

On the other hand, there's a chance (just a slim one, though), that she was comfort-testing you. She feels like you're out of her league and that she can't keep you, so she was trying to either back out or get you to reassure her. I don't think this one is very likely given her age and the limited information you provided, but you know her, know all of the little details and subtleties of the conversation, etc. So I thought I'd throw the possibility out there.

Don't respond to her text. You told her no just-friends, and she hasn't sucked your dick since then. She's trying to be friends anyway by sending friend-type texts, hoping you'll take the bait. You made yourself very clear. She's just pushing the envelope to see if you're serious.
