No one's going to help you "get out of the friendzone". I've accidentally fallen into a habit where I am often trying to contact her to hang out, etc. She is one of those people that never checks their messages, and I end up feeling like I am constantly chasing her.

You are never going to be anything more than a friend to this woman. If you want more, look elsewhere. She is not into you - she knows exactly who you are, it is accurate and pathetic. Agree with the others, you're very much blue pill right now and it's gonna take a long time to set right. You need to completely move on from this girl mentally, which you'll be able to once you read the sidebar and a couple of good books. Now take the box and put it in the farthest reaches of your mama's attic or her basement. Do not look at ANY of them for at least FIFTEEN YEARS. Thirty is better.

Throw away or sell ALL gifts, presents, and keepsakes from her.

Now BLOCK her on all social media and your phone.

Whenever you think of her, picture her with her lips around someone else's penis, because that is what has happened, is happening, and is going to happen. It is not. For. You.

I'm afraid you might not get an awful lot of help with the issue you are talking about here.

TRP does not believe in 'Unicorns' (Perfect Girls) and a main tenet of TRP is an 'Abundance Mentality'. That is, there is always plenty of girls of out there just as good or better than this girl. There's a high chance you aren't going to get this girl because you have a very strong case of oneitis (A Scarcity Mentality, 'Only one girl for me', 'She's the one'). I'd go into monk mode and try and increase your SMV by following RP theory and lifting then go into the game again.

I almost feel like trying to explain anything further would be a waste of time. Please read the RP Handbook first before doing anything, it's basically the sidebar condensed to all it's most useful parts.

To finish, can I ask what the excuses she gave were? It's very likely to be just friend zone/you're too low SMV, but I feel it might help understand the situation better.
