There was a girl (she has a bf that is around my SMV) that I had been talking to in my dorm. We have good chemistry, lots of things in common, flirt a lot and eat lunch together (she buys me lunch often) and hang out together with other friends. She texts me much more than I text her, and she comes to visit my room more than I go visit hers. Basically we spend time with each other a lot. Furthermore I have been acting alpha and her behavior toward me has been pretty submissive (She'll do what I ask her to do with no questions).

However, lately I felt like I've been turning into her orbiter so I've started talking to her much less. Although I have no other girls that I'm talking to right now, I'm just focusing on my school and work. I could tell she has noticed this since every time she comes to visit my room, I haven't been as talkative.

Now she is pretty much pulling the same thing on me. When I text her, she'll give one word answers and it will take her like 3 hours to respond..

So I guess my question is, was she basically using me for attention the whole time? Is that why my dread game isn't working? I don't have oneitis, I can meet other girls since this is college, but I'm just curious what is going inside this girl's head in this particular situation.
