Stumbled across this video from r/cringe but picked up on some RP dynamics showing truth.

  • 2 chicks (1 with glasses, the other with the white top) on either side of the DJ pretty much engage in a 30 minute passive-aggressive dance off to get the DJ's attention/validation.

  • Via their hypergamous nature, they see this resident DJ as the only guy in the club with higher a SMV than themselves, thus he is basically each of their only targets, and the only guy they want to fuck.

  • The rest of the guys in the club look like they have SMV's around 4 or below (note alot of the other guys are fat or have no muscles and are terribly dressed). Basically have zero chance with any of the chicks.

  • The DJ gives basically zero fucks about the girls, is purely focused on his set but you can see glasses chick start to physically grab him around the waist line towards the end.

  • The girl in white on the right fails the hardest --> basically puts in 30 minutes of solid dancing, gets disgustingly sweaty and gross for nothing in return. You can see her intermittently breakdown throughout her dance but doesn't give up due to all her sunk cost trying to win the DJ over.

  • The girl with glasses, you can see at the end... gets aggressive and puts her hand around the DJ's waist to try and mark her territory.
