When it comes to physical health, it's easy. You write your problems down and you fix them one by one. Medication, surgery, ... Staying physically healthy is also easy: You eat clean, sleep well, drink water, exercise, workout, ...

Those things are easy for me. Really easy.

On the other hand, my mental health is a mess. Bipolar depression, PTSD, low self esteem, social anxiety, ... I literally feel bad just waking up. My brain is in such a terrible state. I have the mental equivalent of obesity.

I am in therapy already, but I do not feel it working. After two years I am now comfortable bringing all the reasons I ended up this way and talking about them, but the ways to fix them aren't working satisfactorily, I have no way to measure them working like with weight.

What do?
