I'll try and explain my problem, I can't figure out how to solve it.

One year ago I met new people at university, made new friends, among them found my first gf ever. 4 months later we break up, I get depressed for about 6 months, meanwhile I find the red pill and understand all my mistakes. In the past months I had more success than I ever had with girls, found a new hot plate, things aren't perfect but they're good as of now. The thing is, when I got in the depressive stage after the break up (which I've been out of for some months now), I started to think about everything I do, every interaction WITH FRIENDS (male ones). This still remains, at least sometimes, when I'm out with people, even (different) friends. I can feel myself saying things just to get validation and I don't like it, I can't see the line between what I'd be saying spontaneously and what I'm saying to "feel accepted" (even though I already am so there's no problem). What the fuck is this and how do I get it out of me? I have this with everyone but my parents and my childhood friends.
