So, short summary:

I swallowed the pill a few years back and dragged me out of my bullshit life, quit job, getting higher education etc etc. So, on this journey I analysed myself to find my weaknesses and flaws so i could challenge them. I did good so far, but I always had trouble concentrating, social anxiety and whatnot. I really tried to change this in the course of years, through approaching more people, reading books about how to learn correctly and so on. But it did not work, and so I searched for help to check me.

Today I got the diagnosis, I got ADHD, and apparently had it since my childhood.

I'm in a great relationship (Thanks to TRP), she is very commited and loves me dearly.

I did not made my mind up yet if I should tell her. I feel it would be damaging my frame. But there are parts of the ADHD which play a role in my day to day life - i forget things, don't feel too comfortable around many people I don't know (but i don't really show it, I'm just full of adrenaline), I'm easily distracted, can't follow a discussion if more than 2 people are involved etc. Also, regarding therapy: I think she will eventually catch up on it as she is an intelligent girl.

What is your thought on this? Tell her? Don't?

Note, I'm from germany, sorry for any typos.

TL;DR: Today I got diagnosed with ADHD. Should I tell my LTR? I don't want to damage my frame and show too much weakness.
