In TRP it is brought up a lot that the number of people a women has slept with will be a huge factor in a relationship and is directly correlated to the risk and possibility of happiness in a LTR. I ran across this video and it got me thinking https://youtu.be/nrRgpJRAh5E?t=20m16s
I can't find the study that is often cited with this correlation but it was close to this:
Percent of women that are happy in their current relationship vs Previous Sexual partners
- 0 = 80%
- 1 = 70%
- 5 = 40%
- 10 = 22%
This got me wondering though. This study is done on presumably a huge swath of married men, most likely beta males. Doesn't this statistic deserve a bit more scrutiny and validity when it comes to TRP because it's actually not a good representation of what would be typical in a relationship with a self aware alpha male that proactively understands and works on keeping sexual desire and happiness alive?
