Met a girl on Tinder, a solid 8.5/10. Arranged a time to meetup, she flaked, but did offer an alternate day/time and for me to let her know. Basically, she is free every day on her break and we could see each other during that time.

The thing is, I think she's a catfish. I asked her for a recent photo, literally, for her to hold up a sign or something and she agreed, however, she never sent it. I have spoken with her on the phone.

Should I just suggest a day, show up, and risk meeting a whale? Or should I proceed to push for the picture without seeming like a whiny bitch. I don't want to waste my time, but at the same time, I do like her personality and would like to at least test the waters.
