What exactly is "holding frame"? This idea seems core to TRP, yet it isn't defined in depth anywhere.

As a good point to start, and this is completely serious, how does "holding frame" differ from "being autistic"? What I mean by that is autistic people tend to entirely keep to their guns and move forward with their ideas, because they don't pick up on or care about responses.

Instead of "holding frame", why can't you just say something like, "Be a leader. Choose things and stick with them. Don't let people walk all over you."?
