Shit tests are used to poke at the chinks in your armor, rattle your frame and put you on the defensive. Men and women shit test, but women are the real masters of the art.

Women use shit tests to flirt:

"I'll bet you can't even handle me, little boy!"

"I'll bet you have girls all over you."

They also use it for attention:

"Tell me why you love me!"

"I feel ugly."
Shit tests can be used to pick fights:

"You know what you did. I shouldn't have to tell you."

"Is that what you like? Fine! Go talk to her!"
They can be used to gain control, assert dominance or test your frame:

"You're going to have to choose - your friends or me, what's more important?!"

"If you love me, you'll do it!"

Shit tests can also take the form of 'fit tests', which a woman uses to reaffirm her decision to be with you and validate your ability to lead and keep her:

"My ex is in town and invited me for coffee tomorrow"

"My friend's boyfriend lets her go on vacations by herself. He must really trust her, huh?"

In short, shit tests are used to poke at you to determine if you are the real deal, and if you can weather her storms. They are also used to gather data on your weak spots to be exploited in future arguments. A woman tests your frame and the state of her relationship with shit tests.

A fitness test women use to see if men are suitable partners. Basically just hold frame and remember agree and amplify and the pressure flip.

Here are an example I've seen used here, only one though as I can't remember any others atm:

"You know you're not getting lucky tonight" "It has nothing to do with luck"

The Shit Test can be viewed as her throwing shit at you like a little monkey just to see if any of her emotional vitriol will stick. In effect a Shit Test is a test of your shit. Do you have the shit and can you handle her extra shit?

It is an emotionally evolved response that women use to sort out who they are supposed to fuck. The dominate men pass the shit tests and get fucked and get to be daddies. The guys who don't pass the shit tests don't get to fuck and don't leave any offspring. This is why sex dies down in LTR's after a time of the man failing shit test after shit test.

A shit test is a disrespectful or unreasonable tone or attitude. It can be playful as in early flirtation and is often unconscious- the woman doesn't even know she is doing it. It can also be a deadly serious, conscious test of your frame.

You can ignore, agree and amplify or nuke a shit test. If you respond with any emotion then you fail the shit test.

Alternate definition of Shit Test: ANYTHING a woman says.

"I'm meeting my ex for drinks later."

"I want you to spend more time with me."

"My friend thinks you're not good enough for me."

All of the above are aimed at shaking your frame in one way or another. The entire purpose of shit testing is to see if you're a pretend alpha or you're the real deal. Most betas don't even get shit tested."
