This can be translated as "I want a serious relationship before anything sexual," not "we literally need to be engaged first." I respect that, it shows she's probably a high-value woman.

However, whether I would be okay with dating her depends on what we're talking about here. If she'll do anything other than PIV sex, I'd wait a few months for her. If she won't go any farther than making out until we're talking about marriage... that's not happening.

From past experience, virgin girls tend to be more curious about their sexuality after they start having sex, and more often than not end up cheating on their partner "out of curiosity".

I personally would not risk it, it's very rarely worth it.
