Ignore things like that. By all means... pay attention if you like, but don't let her know that you do. It will only encourage more passive-aggressive nonsense like that.

Let's break this down...

Let's say it's not about you... if you address it as if it were, it makes you look insecure. Not only that, but now you've also given her a very effective new tool to use against you.

Let's say it is about you... if you address it, it makes it look like you'll be monitoring her public thoughts for passive-aggressive bullshit in the future. Now she has proof that airing your issues in public will get a private response. Once again, not good for you.

So mentioning it is a losing proposition for you, either way.

That's what women do. She's looking for validation from other women and her orbiters to remove any guilt about the branch swing she is either considering or already acted on.

What she did is a huge relationship offense, but she did it because she doesn't respect you and has zero fear that you'll enforce any consequence for her behavior.

Don't be angry or confrontational, but you have to both be willing to walk away from this relationship, and able to communicate that this type of disrespect will not be tolerated. Up and to the point of relationship termination upon first offense.

She put the ball in your court to grow a sack and take her respect. I cannot stress enough that you have to be willing to walk, and she has to be well aware of it.

To answer your question: "I don't tolerate that type of disrespect and I think we need a break." Don't follow up. Don't get into an argument. Tell her calmly and concisely that you want a break and don't get baited into manipulation from crying or any other appeals to your emotion.
