I'm 28 and single and swallowed TRP a year ago. My SMV should be quite low on paper (small cheap apartment, no real career, basic car, no bustling social life or hobbies that get me out meeting anyone) but my genetics are quite good and most women are at least initially available to me on that basis. I also am decently confident when I can generate an abundance mentality, which makes meeting women much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Probably half of the sex I get is from new women, and half are women I have previously been with. It is hard to say but I think that I get laid maybe once a week if one averages out the dry spells and binges. I am curious how this matches other men who are doing the red pill thing.

I would say that 80% of the women I see are from Tinder or OkCupid and the rest are girls that I knew in college and now live in the city I live in.

How does this amount of sex compare to other guys who also frequent TRP?

I ask because I sometimes find myself somewhat unsatisfied even immediately after a good lay (which of course begs some deeper questions about whether I need an LTR or need to reevaluate my life on a spiritual level).

TL;DR How much sex would you consider to be a decent amount for someone not in a relationship?
