I get what you're saying, but you're approaching it from the wrong frame of mind. There's a difference between focusing on trying to act disinterested by talking to other girls to get one to show how cool you are compared to having an abundance mentality / having other girls around you normally.

The key thing is neediness and being genuine in your action. If you're needy you're going to seem to be pretending or out of place. You can try to flirt with other girls to attract one, but you'll keep checking over your shoulder too often.

This isn't to say that the thought of game can't cross your mind, it just doesn't affect you much. For example, if you see hot girl across the bar and you don't want to move around much from your perfect spot, the little game thought may pop up: 'I should be talk to some other girls so she sees this'. Well, if you have your shit together already, you won't really have this thought and you'd already be talking to those other girls. But, besides that, you just tell yourself 'okay' and the girl you first had the thought about becomes just a passing thought in the back of your mind. You go talk to the girls around you (guys too...being able to strike up a conversation and create a good time with anyone is an asset and people notice). If that first girl comes over, so be it. If she doesn't, so be it. If she's still there as you get back to what you were doing, you can go eye fuck her or do whatever it is you would.

With an abundance mentality, you don't become so target focused (although in shit bars and clubs with limited talent, well, you make the best of it and don't hyper-focus). Also, you can then be super dominant, or rather, bold, and not care about the end result. Rejection? She's the weird one.

Being super dominant means you know you can fuck any bitch(girl that came already lubed up) in the club, this in practice means that when you feel the gild is playing games, doesn't encourage escalation , start being a bitch you instantly move.

Almost all women are used to being the central focus of men(even PUA's that don't juggle), and that comes of as weak, not giving her exclusive attention, breaking out of her shit tests and not letting her dump on you the intricacies and how hard handing out biscuits is; denotes strength and that gets her engines revving.

Be sexually interested all the time. This isn't even a question. Where you're getting off the path is the schism between wanting to fuck and getting butthurt by not getting to fuck.

Always want to fuck, just don't be desperate to fuck and/or take it personally when one girl doesn't want.
