“I almost wish I could tell young girls, ‘Look, in 10 years when you look back at yourself, you’ll cringe honey, honestly,'” she said. “A lot of times I want to grab these girls and say ‘Look ... in 10 years you’ll regret this. Just dress like who you are. Don’t try so hard. A pair of jeans and a T-shirt is just as gorgeous and even makes you look classier'
I've always adored this girl and hoped to meet her in person one day when I visit Oz. Not surprised that she was raised with some common sense. :]
Oh, just saw this too:
My fashion inspiration? Grace Kelly. She always has been, and always will be. Beauty from within, radiating into her style.
Grace Kelly?! Bindi, my lost twin, you will be just fine!

You know what the problem is? Girls, and I did too, get addicted to the attention you get for dressing that way. I am just realizing it now! You cringe but at the same time you desire attentions. I can't believe I learnt it now. I doubt there is any expression in dressing inappropriately at any age unless it's for occasions or with your SO (but always stay classy). Anyway, the addiction to male attention makes people real vain and dependant on those looks and approval.

It's good to see girls of the current generation still fighting for girls to be classier with the way they dress, especially ones that are essentially still celebrities like Bindi. Gives me a little bit of hope.
She is such a role model for young women. I love how she is just comfortable in who she is, and what she loves to do. She is her fathers daughter, although with out the "Crikey!" voice. From what I've seen, she's respectful, kind, really cares about people and animals around her, and beautiful. BTW, rock the classy beauty. Also jeans and t shirts are awesome!

Awe, I love her! Thank you for this, great share! She is definitely on the right track and seems like a wholesome young lady! No doubt those ideals were instilled in her by having a good example to look up to through her parents! She has a point of reference to look at the way most girls are and not be like that. She inspires me too. :)
