I quite like the concept that I've read on here about there being "no zero days".

For those unfamiliar with the term, it basically means that everyday should be a progression towards your goals, dreams, aspirations. A zero day is a day you've wasted.

I've been thinking about it for a while and I came up with a tabulature which may help quantify your zero days.

It's a basic +/- system where you map out the things that will get you to your goal and the things which will hinder you.

At the end of the day, if your plusses outscore the negatives, then you've had a none-zero day.

So you could write out a list of things:

Lift +1, Early bedtime with 8 hours sleep +1, Eat healthily +1, Work a solid 10 hour day +1,

Then you've basically got the inverse of these for the minuses.

Not lift -1, Bad sleep -1, Unhealthy diet -1, Fail to work hard -1

Your list will probably be completely different to mine. This may not be for many people but I found it quite a useful way to score how productive my day has been and I thought I'd share it with you guys.
