By "packet game," I assume you mean insouciant requests for nonstandard quantities of sauce packets? This is a solid technique and a standby for natural Alphas, too (my mom's boyfriend is one so I'd know), but you've got to do more.

It will sound counterintuitive but one thing that makes my wife leak and swoon and submit instantly to me is when I eat her ass. Probably because it's embarrassing and makes her feel vulnerable. Our families both hail originally from Pakistan where this behavior is illegal so it's also extra hot and taboo.

Buying a single family home that you don't want is definitely beta and classic Pussy Pedestalizing behavior. Whatever you do, don't get this one pregnant until you've taught her her place.
