We've been together for 1 year and a half and recently started living together, last year we went to see my grandmother on Christmas and stayed for new years too. This year she wants me to go to her grandmothers, I already went to her grandmothers some months ago for her birthday and I also visited her dad for his birthday recently. Our interaction last night was like this:

Me: If you want to see your grandmother for Christmas you can just catch up to me for new years at my grandmothers house.

Her: (she didn't like what i said i could see it in her face) I think that its only fair that you go with me and see my grandmother since I did that for you last year and I didn't see my grandmother last year.

I've done a lot of sacrifices in the past and just recently swallowed the red pill. Before we lived together we were in a LDR, and I visited her very often (I know ). I recently swallowed the red pill and been applying red pill philosophy as I can.

Can I say something like:

"I went to your grandmothers for her birthday and I went to your fathers for his birthday, I know you went to my grandmothers for Christmas last year, but I can only see my grandmother once a year, your grandmother lives closer to you, if you want to go see her thats fine but I will go see my grandmother for Christmas".

Or how can I tweak it?
