You want to make a political commentary, please do so on another sub. What I stated was merely an example. It could be anything, girls at the gym, Miss America contest on TV, The women on the morning daily shows, whatever.

Let me see if I can restate. It's not about the current state of how I look. Or what I'm doing in spite of injury. Or what I'll do when I'm rehabbing. Or afterwards.

It's how to respond to "Other women are decidedly more attractive than me (by being young, prettier, whatever), how can you say I look good against the level of how good they look?" This time, I was stumped. Real shit test, comfort test--was she looking for reassurance, I wasn't sure.

Sounded like after reading I answered my own question. She was looking for me to validate.

perhaps i should of added a "/sarcasm"

to answer your question - for me whenever they make comments about not looking good, or other women looking better - I take that as an invitation to make a move. I never offer words to make them feel better.

"well you always seem to pay attention to what those fox news girls say!" answer - well I dont do this with them (make move).

Now if she rejects you, you then walk away. - and she rejects the only reassurance you are offering.

let that hamster spin on that a bit.
