I went out to a club tonight which I haven't done in a while. I'm 31 decent looking chap, been reading redpill for a couple years but never put it in to practice. As the night went on women were staring me down and initiating a lot, but almost within 10 seconds I feel like she pulls away due to my excitement friendly level.

It's hard to not get excited when I'm talking to a pretty woman. Will it take practice until I calm down.I feel like I'm smiling too much
