I don't have the patience for long winded posts so I will try to keep this short. Friend of mine comes to town for two weeks, I text her to meet her at mall on my day off(today I have a strange work schedule.) I get to the mall, something feels off, I get the feeling that she is going to stand me up. I give her over an hour and 1 text (hey, on my way. See you soon) and one messageless phone call before I grab lunch myself and go. Now at 5 right before I head off to the gym I get this message.

"Hey I'm so sorry. I Totally spaced on our hang out and didn't have my phone with me at all today. Is there any other time you wanna meet? If not, I totally understand. I'm so Sorry!!"

atm I don't plan on responding or if I do much later then when she texted me(days). I should probably mention these two things. I do know her to be spacy and a bit enept, and she does stand up comedy on the side.
