It seems to me that a few people here have very differing ideas of whether or not your taste in music determines how you live your life. I, personally, think that your music doesn't need to have such a huge impact on who you are.

Some guys I see on here will turn away from music if the lyrics seem BP, and they will be attracted to music that follows the RP style. I enjoy many different types of music, and I listen to whatever I think sounds good. I believe that a few people on here are looking too deeply into this whole subject. The point of TRP is to be happy. We are all here to discuss ways to make our lives better. So if you enjoy BP music, fuck it! Listen to it all day long.

If you know how to hold frame around a beautiful woman, no song is strong enough to break your frame. If you want to jam, then fucking jam. I listen to a lot of metal core, emo, punk, hard core music. So many of those songs are BP as fuck and are all about girls and emotions. When I was in high school I was an emo looking kid. I had the slim black jeans, colorful band tees. The semi long hair. And I had snakebite piercings. now, most of you will call bullshit on this, but that's ok. I only fucked 2 girls in highschool, 1 was the captain of the cheering team, and the other was a LTR who was a part of a different competitive cheer team. I looked like a little emo fag, but i had no trouble getting hot girls.

As we've heard so many times here, it's about attitude. Granted, I'm well above average in attractiveness (not being a dick, but the praise and success doesn't lie). I always had the attitude of not caring what anyone else thought, I was Confident and very social, and honestly I didn't like most of the other people who had the same style as me. They took the music too literally. They only wanted to talk in small groups with emo kids. I just loved the music and the style and that's it. I hung out with everyone, the jocks (I was involved in a few sports as well) the emos, the hip hop/rap/ "gangster" kids.

As I got older my style matured a bit, but my music taste has always been along the same lines. So what I'm trying to say is, lighten up. I'm sure I'll catch a lot of flak for this post, but oh well. Being a man doesn't mean being a lifeless rock. Have fun, do what you love to do, don't give a fuck about what anyone else has to say.
