Follow the 12 levels but instead of making it about a sexless marraige make it about breaking the chains of oneitis and crippling depression.

Lift. 3-4 90 minute workouts at the gym a week, 3 60 minute r/bodyweightfitness on days you aren't at the gym. Total strength training time 10 hours a week.
Create a tinder and snapchat. Snapchat your healthy diet and gym stuff. Add women on snapchat through tinder, keep your story consistent with gym and diet. Snap your r/bodyweightfitness poses - some are interesting as fuck.
Get out of the house and start building a social circle. Start passing shit tests as you gain social acumen. Watch rsd videos - focus on Luke's social circle blueprint.
Get out of the house and find some good co-ed hobbies. Rock climbing, yoga, volleyball, water polo, mixology, photography, music production.
Get rid of your fat boy wardrobe. If money is tight go to goodwill/ross/tjmaxx. Get some sweet sneakers.
Start using pickup artistry tactics with your newfound social circle as you get introduced to women through friends. Watch rsd videos - focus on the rsdfreetour Playlist.
Integrate your lifting, tinder, snapchat, social circle, hobbies, wardrobe, and pickup into a lifestyle. Consider switching careers based on what YOU want. Consider switching cities.

Exams are a good distraction. Fix yourself up, dress better than normal, hit the gym, smile at a few girls and jump on a dating site. Start talking to a few chicks and don't be afraid to slay a few dragons to get your groove back.
