You're gonna need to provide more info, we couldn't possibly tell you what to do without knowing what value you posess. Is there any built in dread in your relationship? Did she chase an Alpha or settle for a Beta? If it is the latter you are going to have a significantly harder time fixing this. Do you have a career, lift, diet, looks, style, weight, height, build..

this is a little late but here's an update. She came back and I didn't say a word to her. Focussed on gym, and my job. After a while she cracked and tried arguing about me not spending enough time with her, not giving her enough attention (I have a very time consuming job). I sat down with a straight cool as ice face and listened to her scream and throw her tantrum, I then told with her with coolness, that my own goals and career were my priority and I won't change how much time I spend on it. She screamed and yelled some more but I kept the image in my head of a hurricane striking a lighthouse and behaved and reacted that way. The next day, she was much more submissive and nicer than ever. TRP works.

Someone here commented after I posted that I had a high paying job, squat 300 etc: "does not mean shit if your frame sucks." I cannot agree with him more. I worked hard to achieve all that, but it was all going to waste simply because my frame sucked.
