A shit test is a girl's way of making sure a man she perceives as a potential mate is confident and an emotional rock. In easy going normal conversation you can act like an Alpha but what happens when she knocks you out of that "comfort zone?" A man that is confident and stable will respond like he is in total control of the situation. A man who gets flustered, unsure of himself, butthurt, submissive, etc. Is unattractive because he doesn't stay alpha when she simulates a little shit hitting the fan.

Some people understand better with examples. So let's say you are a woman looking for a strong man as a potential mate. You are flirting with a guy at a bar who is really cocky which you think is hot. After he makes a ridiculously cocky statement that makes your vagina tingle a bit you decide to roll your eyes and sarcastically say "you're just God's gift to mankind now aren't you?"

The cool thing is this is a flirt in disguise. She is hoping that you will respond well and if you do you'll score big points. If you don't then oh well he's just another guy pretending to be alpha who can't even handle my barbs.

A guy with bad game would hear this and think "oh no she thinks I'm too cocky! What do I do now?!" He'd get all flustered and be lost for words and drop out of his cocky behavior. She'd see this and think "wow it didn't take much to knock this guy down a peg".

A guy with good game would keep with the cocky behavior that kept her around in the first place. He wouldn't let her words change the way he is. This is called holding frame: staying in control of the conversion on your terms. "Yeah God sent me down here to save the world one beer at a time." *takes a sip and looks up with a huge grin on his face.

The example beer answer above is close to the category of "Agree and amplify" which you may have heard is an easy and excellent method to beat flirty shit tests from girls. It shows you won't back down from your frame to the absurd while also is light-hearted and funny which shows you arent emotionally affected by her word and can make her smile to boot.

Another type of shit test is less intentional on the girls part. This is when a girl gets angry or bitchy at you over nothing. Most of us have been brought up around women and believe it is our role to coddle them, apologize, appease etc. These are the beta behavior instilled in us when we were young and got all our need from females. Unfortunately, when a girl is being unreasonable and overly emotional (i.e. a whiny bitch) attempting to calm her down by apologizing and saying she's right wont score you man points with her while calmly calling out her bullshit will. She is trying to bring the game to the emotional realm, her realm, where you will always lose. The test is will you let her do it or will you stay calm and rational and let her see that you remain in control of your surroundings when she fails to?

Girls don't want guys that are fake alphas. Girls don't want guys that are like women and let their emotions control what they say and what they do. They want a guy who is in total control in any situation. A shit test is a way of proving a guy's mental fitness. Will this man be a rock in shaky situations, someone who can act decisively and protect me and the kids or will his dick shrivel up?
