Hey there, I'm a little late to the party (today is fairly busy). I did encourage you to share information about yourself and suggest an intro thread. What you wrote however is not personalized or insightful. I don't really know anything about your values. You say you agree with RPW - but you don't specifically touch on that. What concepts are the hardest for you to accept? What's an example of a situation that made you understand something? There are oodles of Field Reports here where women take the time to expose their weakest moments. Not because they're proud of making a mistake, or recognizing a bad habit - but because they had a very important learning experience. There are also reports about women celebrating. Excited and eager and nervous. We've had women ask questions about dating, scared and uncertain about how to vet, wanting to make sure they aren't over analyzing anything.

While you did technically answer most of the prompts I suggested, it was in a superficial, drive by manner. You say you don't want an 'ideal' man - but no one knows how you specifically define that word. There are women here that have dominate men, their relationship has a very specific dynamic. Others have (or want) gentle men, laid back.

I have also asked what your weaknesses, red flags, and shortcomings are. What do you bring to the table that makes you worthy of a good man? What are your goals (for personal improvement)? How are you trying to achieve them?

Look at these field reports. /u/Kittenkajira poured her heart out, so happy and excited to finally see one of her long time dreams come true. /u/ealanor wrote a long and thoughtful FR, as have /u/melbautoast, /u/neon-socks.

Do you see how these threads, even when they are on the shorter side - provide depth, sincerity and insight?

The issue is you don't seem authentic, because everything you say sounds like a laminated welcome message on a resort brochure.

I don't want you to be frustrated. I appreciate you remaining calm, and being polite. You just seem to miss what people say by and large.

You don't have to try and present this polished version of yourself. I am a very private person, and despite being around for 3+ years, there are many that don't really have a sense of my personality. I do share relevant stories when appropriate, and I also make an effort to have a sound foundation when I give advice or talk about a concept.

My point is that you don't have to treat this as a reality tv confessional, but you do have to create something that has more depth.

You would benefit from a perspective shift. Instead of asking the community to perform for you ("give me content") - display your sincerity by being thoughtful. Writing a content rich thread sets the tone. Tell people about yourself, your background (where are you relationship wise? What are your goals and why are you pursuing them?). Share a meaningful story that illustrates why you treasure your grandmother.

I'm assuming that this is where you are getting your direction from. What you neglected was this part

The content rich directly relates everything to RP. Great you want to have a family. How does that tie into RPW. Demonstrate your knowledge about the topic.

You don't want to define what an "ideal" man is for you. Ok great. Why not? Why is that an RP way to think. The post is just a "this is me" post. There is no link to the RPWi world. Like I've been here over a year and I can see why, but you aren't making those connections explicitly.
