You guys malign "sluts" for "riding the cock carousel," but also advocate "plate spinning," or having a "soft harem" of multiple women to fuck at all times, while committing to none of them. You could call it a "vag carousel."

Because: men want sex, women want commitment. A woman who gives out sex freely without gaining commitment is hurting her value. The converse of this is not a man who has a lot of sex, but rather a man who is giving a lot of commitment without getting sex (beta orbiters). As you can tell from a cursory glance of our posts, we find them to be hurting their own value as well.

But here's what I don't understand at all:

We are a group of men discussing dating strategies for men:

A woman who withholds sex and receives commitment... that's unacceptable.

You do not want to be this woman's partner.

But a Red Pill man who withholds commitment and receives sex... That's good?

You want to be this man, until you find a woman worthy of your commitment.

You guys talk a lot about how the Red Pill is a "sexual strategy." But surely sexuality is not so black and white...

It is.

There's what works, and everything else. If you want to be a part of everything else (i.e. what doesn't work) feel free. But don't complain about it not working nor complain about us trying to figure out what works.

[–]Algermas2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

TRP theory is that women want commitment from a man, and men want sex from a woman.

Correct. Women also want sex, very much so. From Alpha males.

Men who provide lots of commitment and rarely if ever get laid, are called "beta" or "blue pill."

Men who provide little commitment and get laid all the time, are called "alpha" or "red pill."

Have I got it so far?

Indeed.

Women who take commitment from a man without putting out for him are "bitches."

Women who have sex with lots of men are "riding the cock carousel" and are "whores" or "sluts."

Again, correct.

Women who have lots of sex with one man only are "unicorns," and reportedly may not even exist.

There's much more to unicorn but yes, not being promiscuous is an important aspect of the unicorn.

You guys malign "sluts" for "riding the cock carousel," but also advocate "plate spinning," or having a "soft harem" of multiple women to fuck at all times, while committing to none of them. You could call it a "vag carousel."

Women control the sexual market place, spinning plates is making the best of the game with the rules/hand you're dealt.

So women who fuck a lot of people are "sluts," because it's easy - but men who do it are "alpha," because it's difficult. ...I can understand that, at least, even if I don't agree.

What's there to disagree with?

But here's what I don't understand at all:

A woman who withholds sex and receives commitment... that's unacceptable.

But a Red Pill man who withholds commitment and receives sex... That's good?

TRP is amoral, it doesn't pass moral judgement on right and wrong, it advocates what works.

Why? Now it's just the guy stringing the girl(s) along instead of it being the other way around! I don't see how that's any better. Someone please explain. Can't we strive for a balance somewhere between those two extremes?

No, women have set up the sexual marketplace in manner X, TRP men are merely making the best of what they have to work with.

You guys talk a lot about how the Red Pill is a "sexual strategy." But surely sexuality is not so black and white... or blue and red as you call it. Are there any other alternative sexual strategies out there that I can read about? Like a... purple pill? Yellow pill? Green pill? Anything?

You can, if you want advice that doesn't work.

I get that this strategy is something that works for the man, but it comes at an expense to women. I don't think the answer to "women are taking(commitment) and not giving(sex)," is "let's turn the tables, and also take (sex) and not give (commitment)." Then you're doing the same thing that you so dislike them for doing! That, to me, is no better. Surely there's a way to structure a relationship where both parties benefit, and nobody feels maligned or taken advantage of? Where nobody is being strung along? Are you saying it's impossible?

I would like to at least read about alternative schools of thought, yes. I can't believe that you guys have ALL the answers.

I get that this strategy is something that works for the man, but it comes at an expense to women.

Again, women are in absolute control of the sexual marketplace.

I don't think the answer to "women are taking(commitment) and not giving(sex)," is "let's turn the tables, and also take (sex) and not give (commitment)."

It is. Most women are unworthy of commitment, in fact most women today are unworthy of my dick as well ( fatties, post-wall women and serious, seasoned cum-glazed cock veterans ).

Then you're doing the same thing that you so dislike them for doing!

I don't dislike them, more power to any woman who managed to fuck stallions during her youth and manages to snag a wealthy accountant to pay her bills at 33.

Surely there's a way to structure a relationship where both parties benefit, and nobody feels maligned or taken advantage of? Where nobody is being strung along? Are you saying it's impossible?

There is, traditional marriage and a nuclear family. Both of which have been systematically dismantled by women/feminists over the past 50+ years.

Thank you very much for answering my questions.

So DO you know of any sexual strategies other than TRP? I know you don't think they work, but i would like to read about them.

Quit asking about other strategies.

We do. And we do because we've tested these things time and time again. We're not idiots. We're actually very, very smart people. And the alternative schools of thought are abysmal when it comes to what is in a man's best interest.

You guys malign women for riding the cock carousel, but are ALSO mad when they try to get OFF the cock carousel. example: http://www.redditlog.com/snapshots/978437

Once you're on the carousel the damage is done.

It all just seems like a no-win scenario for women. Is the only right answer in your eyes to never get on the carousel in the first place?

Yes.

Can't a person realize their mistakes and then try to improve themselves?

Curiously for women this realization almost universally coincides with turning 30.

Quitting heroin because your supply ran out and you couldn't find anymore doesn't mean you realized your mistake, it means you ran out of heroin.

I don't see what's wrong with a woman having lots of sex when she's in her prime and it's easy to get, then settling down later. If she brings nothing of value to the relationship, or cheats, or traps a guy in a suddenly sexless marriage, or marries and divorces a guy for his money, then yeah, that's a shitty thing to do.

Unfortunately promiscuous women make for piss-poor long term partners.

I know you're dead serious in your replies, but I just burst into laughter at the heroine example. Just gold.

[–]N165 1 points1 points1 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I'd like to see that same chart, but for men.

[–]Senior ContributorDemonspawn1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago [recovered] (0 children) | Copy Link

I'd like to see that same chart, but for men.

Having researched divorce statistics myself, I found one thing very curious:

With the exception of a previous divorce and income less than the wife's, factors pertaining to the husband (income, education, etc.) modified the chances of divorce by 5% or so. The best risk man and the worst risk man were pretty similar in their risks of divorce.

Women... Yeah, there were single factors that were 25% or more.

The biggest factor that decides the success of any marriage is the woman.

But are there any other sexual strategies out there?

"Worf, it sounds like it works great for the Klingons, but I think I need to try something a little less dangerous."

"Go to her door. Beg like a human."

(Yes I get the irony of that being Wil Fucking Wheaton.)

[–]Beardsman21 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Women who recieves commitment from man with no sex is a player, man who recieves sex with no commitment is a player. They're 2 sides to the same coin. Stop thinking in terms of what is right and wrong, good and bad, moral and immoral and you will understand.

The equal exchange of sex and commitment is traditional marriage, whereby the man provides ongoing commitment, provision and protection and the virgin women provides ongoing exclusive sex and lots of offspring. This is the building block of western civilisation - without it we are fucked.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If I were to give you a diagnosis, it would be somewhere between denial and bargaining. TRP pretty much is telling you that having a stable, happy lifelong relationship will be next to impossible. Just do you.

[–]N165 1 points1 points1 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

While I'm at it, I have another question.

You guys malign women for riding the cock carousel, but are ALSO mad when they try to get OFF the cock carousel. example: http://www.redditlog.com/snapshots/978437

It all just seems like a no-win scenario for women. Is the only right answer in your eyes to never get on the carousel in the first place? Can't a person realize their mistakes and then try to improve themselves? I mean, if sex was easier to get for men, surely you guys would still go for it, right?

I don't see what's wrong with a woman having lots of sex when she's in her prime and it's easy to get, then settling down later. If she brings nothing of value to the relationship, or cheats, or traps a guy in a suddenly sexless marriage, or marries and divorces a guy for his money, then yeah, that's a shitty thing to do.

But a woman having lots of sex and then settling down... I don't see the problem with that.

[–]Algermas2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago* [recovered] (2 children) | Copy Link

I don't see what's wrong with a woman having lots of sex when she's in her prime and it's easy to get, then settling down later.

Quoted from a response to an article espousing your sentiment.

I can totally relate, Jennifer. I spent my twenties and early thirties completely obsessed with strippers. They're just so much hotter than regular women. I can't help it. I proposed to several of them, and ended up being married to three. But they all used me, took me for everything I had, and then divorced me. Even though I loved them, worshipped the ground they walked on, and gave them everything they could ever ask for. Yeah. They were all total bitches, they treated me like crap, and they used me for my money. But they're just so sexy! The fake boobs, bleached blonde hair, dancers bodies, the way they move, the sex... Mmmmmm. Sorry. Where was I? Got a little distracted there for a minute... Oh yeah. But now that I'm reaching my mid thirties, I have no money left (the strippers got it all), I'm starting to go bald, and my fun days are behind me, I've decided that I'm willing to settle for a frumpy, boring wife. Also known as a non-stripper. (Being as it didn't work out with the women I really wanted, and I don't have any money to attract them with anymore.) As long as she's willing to wash my underwear, cook me three meals a day, raise my kids, work really hard to keep me happy, and look the other way if I ever get a chance to bang a stripper again, then she can have the privilege of being called my wife. Because I've finally realized that I'm WORTH it. So here I am, all you lame, boring chicks! Even though I don't really find you very attractive or exciting, I've realized that you're probably the more practical and useful choice. Lucky you! You win! So who wants to step up and claim their prize? (crickets...)

It's not just that they spent their youth fucking every felon and reporbate they could find, it's that they treat their betabux like subhuman shit.

http://redditlog.com/snapshots/926509

I've been Doug, I've met dudes who complain about their girlfriend not wanting to suck their dick when I was pissing down her throat being called "daddy" not 3 years before.

You're saying that promiscuity is the best indicator of this?

[–]Algermas1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago [recovered] (0 children) | Copy Link

Women express their respect for a man through sexual submission, anyone who doubts this has never seen the utter contempt and disgust in a womans eyes when her human ATM isn't looking.

[–]FortunateBum0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

TRP isn't a religion. You can do whatever you like with this information. You can write it down on a piece of paper and shove it up your ass and I won't even be mad.

But yeah, talk about making the is--ought mistake - you're faceplanting right into it.

Read this page and then get back to us.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Is%E2%80%93ought_problem

Are there any other alternative sexual strategies out there that I can read about?

Actually yeah: dating, monogamy, marriage. Good luck on your journey.
