I'd tell him to his face what he's doing and that it bothers you. I had 2 instances in the past of where I would take the ribbing too far with certain friends and had no idea that it bothered them. They both eventually told me and I stopped. If you've been a pussy and acted like a jester for an extended period of time, it may be on you and not on your coworker to get things back on track.

Avoid him as often as possible. Stop making eye contact with him when he speaks to you. When he starts to make fun of you, walk off while he is mid-sentence. Or, interrupt him mid-sentence, and say 'Can you hang on for just a minute?' and walk off.

Don't 'have a talk with him about it.' He will just tell everybody else what you said, and then they will all have a laugh at your expense. Since he never supports you, you now know that a talk with him would be worthless, since even a bad friend supports you sometimes.
