So this girl I've been fucking for about 3 months now has started to look like prime LTR material. I've been very secure with my position so much so that even her orbiters were astonished at the sort of things I would say to her. In general I'm pretty happy about how things are.

This girl and I don't live together, but I'll often play games with her (and sometimes other friends) while voice chatting when I have some down time before work. Recently she met a guy on the game and now when she's usually jumping at the chance to talk with me she's lying to avoid it.

Now back in my beta days I would handle this all the wrong ways, I'd let it get to me and call her out on it immediately. However now that I know better I instead ignored the lie and would make new plans either with another girl I'd met in town or I'd go jogging with my buddies.

Is apathy and dread really the best way to condition her away from that specific behavior?
