I'm currently a junior in college, and have been on my self improvement path for a couple months. I've noticed that in college it doesn't matter if the guy is ugly as long as he has a massive social circle then he gets all the women. Due to my blue pill past and thinking that I was better by staying in and reading, I have no social circle to speak of and trying to rectify that before I graduate.

My question is, does popularity and the size of your circle play as important of role in the real world as it does in college?
