The video linked in this NPR article really illustrates the changes in etiquette between the genders which have manifested in the last 50 years. Many of the "Goofus" moves are now near-universally espoused (see the section from the article on opening doors). Interested in any further thoughts on this.

Also, as a Sailor, I love discovering that the USN used to put out stuff like this. These days, I'd shorten it to: "Put on your dress uniform, go to a bar".
