Tinder is a place where princesses, from the beautiful to the downright ugly, seek out alphas to fuck. The prettier said alphas are, the better. Frankly, applications like Tinder serve only one purpose - they artificially raise women's SMV while accentuating the disposable nature of men. If you're not in the top 20% that is talked about on here, the utility of Tinder, and other online dating/hookup websites/applications is limited. That is not to say you cannot succeed, but your effort to success ratio will far exceed that of the women who can literally sit at home on their couch and cock-surf. If you're not the #1 cock on the block (and seeing as you're a kiss-less virgin, you're probably not), get used to having your insecurities and failures thrown in your face time and again. I don't know why you'd use online dating or its equivalent, because you can only ever be downwardly mobile in terms of the calibre of woman you fuck. In reality, even though it takes effort and guile, you can always be upwardly mobile, if you know your enemy. I can only imagine that guys use these things as crutches to get by.

Remember, there are lots of crutches in the world. The best way, however, is always to face your pain and failure head on, and to take it as it is, not to insulate yourself from it by taking the easier paths in the hope that you will somehow reap a reward. The easier path should only ever be your backup. It should only be something you fall back on when all the difficult (but more rewarding) pathways have been exhausted. I don't think guys who cannot talk to and approach women in real-life should be substituting that experience for virtual interactions with women, even if there is a theoretical chance of success. While you may get laid in the short-term, if you are lucky, you still haven't faced your problem, or the cause of your problem, face on. You may never face your problem face on if you continue to do that. If your being a kiss-less virgin is a problem in your eyes, you can solve it by paying a prostitute. I guess your pride shall be your undoing there, too.

Irrelevant to your question but just as a heads up: be careful about your first experience. Many guys have their peak beta tendencies at their first one and normally end up lost in them. Make sure you watch yourself and re-evaluate your actions often. You are here, so you are on the right track. Your biggest enemy is yourself and your biggest asset is patience. Good luck. Tinder can be helpful too, but it shouldn't be your alternative for being social.
