I'll start off by acknowledging I went full retard, lost frame, and am reaping the consequences of my actions. I'm soliciting the advice of men more knowledgable than myself, asking what, if anything, can be done to attenuate the situation I've created. I'll make it as short as possible:

Been in ltr for 4 years, she's attractive, submissive, and adores me. Overall no complaints. Just typical woman shit. The usual. Other than this incident, in my opinion, an ideal relationship.

Without getting into too much detail I got irate over something retarded, making a false accusation, and decided to end it with her, and go NC.

The good news is I didn't disrespect her and kept it as succinct and civil as possible: Accusation. Say goodbye. Go NC.

She e-mails me that what I just said was fucking retarded (it was) and not to worry because she wouldn't be contacting me at all ever again.

I had some time to cool down and realize I was being an ass, but figured she wouldn't keep her word and we'd have a chance to discuss.

She kept her word. She still has our pics on social media. But not a single word between us for 4 days.

I am actually invested in this relationship, and would rather keep it than lose it. But as far as I understand it, saving the relationship would essentially involve:

  1. Going back on my (rash and stupid) decision (which I only now realize I had no intention of actually going through with).

This constitutes a massive loss of frame.

  1. An apology, with some beta elements here and there.

Again, a massive loss of frame.

  1. God knows what else.

Is there another way to approach this?
