I've decided to go with Suicide Prevention for men, considering my bouts with suicide and depression, I'd really like to make a difference here, even if I indirectly save ONE life I'll be happy.

Men are 3 times more likely than women to successfully commit suicide(17.9 per 100k vs 5.3 for women). Suicide is a leading cause of death in young people... Among those aged 15 to 34, suicide was the second leading cause of death first being accidental deaths.

When suicide deaths are examined across age groups, persons aged 40 to 59 have the highest rates. Forty-five percent of all suicides in 2009 82% of those suicides are men. now you don't have to be a genius to connect these dots, average age of divorce in canada is 44 now look at this fucking shit. We talk about the crippling effects of divorce rape, here they are, Middle aged men in canada are pulling the plug at a historically high rate and its now cause for silent concern. Pro athletes, industry magnates, self made billionaires, fighter pilots, politicians, shit even a small business owner, these are the only people that really have the ability to be masculine and proud. The rest of us are destined to check our egos at the door every day in a menial job, go home to a wife who doesn't even fuck you, and get your pension taken when the bitch cheats on you and leaves.

Basically gentlemen, WE already know how the world views men today, we know that society is counter intuitive to the men who created it, we know that women see us as nothing more than an ATM or an alpha to Validate their femininity. The rest don't, and they're killing themselves because of it. How should we go about this? Obviously I cant show up to a call where a guys wife found her husband in the garage with the car on and say "HEY BUD CHECK OUT RED PILL". What kind of movement can we create to save ourselves? How do we market it? what do we do? These are big questions i guess and no 45 year old is going to listen to the 23 year old EMT about why a real man would rather watch the world burn before being a victim to it.

also if i sounded like Tyler Durden, I'm sorry, that movie helped pull me out of suicidal depression around 19. I felt helpless to the world around me and I realized that I should be taking what i want from it, apologizing to no one and making sure every girl that enters my bed leaves with Rosie red welted ass cheeks and a funny walk the next day.
