I’m slowly starting to hate my current job. I’m realizing there’s favoritism or supervisors harassing employees just because of a bad mood.

Recently got disrespected by another employee for something that was out of my control. What really pissed me off is how he was acting like a supervisor towards me. I definitely got pissed and almost swung at this guy. The supervisors didn’t intervene before, didn’t discipline the guy for HIS mistake and the guy showed no signs of apologizing so I stepped up.

Definitely regretted apologizing for MY part in the argument (escalating).

I’m always pressured to follow the rules in the warehouse while older people are acting like fucking spoiled children and no one says shit.

Anyway, some guy from a food distribution company saw my resume on my insta and has been calling me to set up an interview. I’m hesitant because I feel like it’s going to be the same atmosphere once they realize I’m a hard worker.

Both companies are unionized, great benefits and lots of hours. My only problem is now I’m not confident in myself as much as I was before.

I feel like if I stay with this company. I’ll just be another pissed of drone doing the bare minimum.

Stay or dip out? Been with this company for five years.
