Hey, long time lurker here.

I started my bachelor thesis, due to statements of my professor, that all female in his class have a higher chance of achieving a good position in firms because of the upcoming quotas.

I decided for myself that this is an interesting topic to work on.

My opinion in this regard is, that there is no effect of gender on firm perfomance and there are rarely female manager because most manager are around 50y old and 50y ago there were not many females getting the needed qualification, also the "additional" perspectives they bring is rather a time consuming discussion.

I really would like to cite the differences between men and women, without the lot bogus, that we are all equal and women are more rational and riskaverse yadda yadda. In short: I want an oppostion to the whole bluepill theory.

I am continuing the emprical analysis my professor did the last year, the result were that there is no evidence that gender effects firm performance.

Well my problem is: I am searching for contrarily literature, because most of the studies with negativ or no result on firm performance still say that it is the right way to hire more female manager. I, depending on the quality, would really like to include some redpill into my thesis.
