This sounds unhealthy as shit . If you're done with her let the Visa lapse because she's not your problem anymore but don't hold it over her head . Don't feel guilty about letting it lapse because once again it's not your problem . Know that the moment she realizes that you have the power though she's going to pretend to manipulate you into helping her keep it valid.

This sounds messy and unhealthy across the board. Girlfriend visas are a terrible idea.
