Straight up confidence is what you need. You don't sound like you DGAF about how people perceive you yet. This has to happen. You will still be the same guy who carez to much about the groups feelz otherwise. Alpha males live in a constant state of not caring. You need to get to this point.
When at this get together, be the shit. Talk slowly, walk smoothly, never break eye contact with anyone and talk to every girl there as if she was a chick you were going to fuck later (even better if you bang one). When one of the guys takes a jab at you, stare him down. You're the boxer/mma guy. You're not scared.
Worst case these people are people you've outgrown. Shit happens bro. Life is far too short to care.

That's great advice. The thing is dude in general life I DGAF anymore, I work at a hospital before I go to medical school next year (I'm UK) so all the manners of people I meet has conditioned me to not care; I get people shouting, being overly nice, busting my balls over bad service at the car park whatever - I've cultivated a no fucks given attitude cos of that. But this is different because in general life I don't associate with people I knew from school as much so these guys only remember me as the quiet, kind guy not the type of man I've trying to be.

Yeah I will do. I wouldn't say I was the group bitch at all but they didn't think of me as the chad at all - more the really smart guy who boxes and shit, more interesting but not bothered in banging random Sheilas. I'll do that though, try and lead a bit more than just chill and follow.

Nah I don't care for them - tried a cig once and roll ups multiple times. They're too harsh on my throat.
That legit worked for me though, I'm not sure if its placebo, I haven't smoked in weeks. But it definitely altered the way I vocalize my words.

I know it's pathetic. The more and more I read TRP the more I realise how it plays into everyday life. I know I'm alone in my goals as so few people I know want the success I work for, I want to be a surgeon, not sure how I'll specialise yet. But in general I do enjoy the company of these guys I just want to be a bit more alpha, they think of me as the guy who can fight but won't or the guy who can pull girls but is too pussy to talk to them. I don't like that.
Edit. I am gaining something valuable and it's guy time, they're all pretty RP - we all speak our minds in certain topics but I'm worried they'll see me as beta. To clarify they haven't ever particularly treat me like that but I'm worried they will.
