I live in a large city. Often while walking to dinner or running an errand, I’ll see stunning girls walking with earbuds in, with their moms, or on the phone. And they’re also walking in the opposite direction I am.

I have trouble stopping them because it just feels a bit creepy. For example, yesterday while on my way to get food I see three girls. I believe it was a mom and two daughters. One of the daughters had everything I wanted. Super hot. But I couldn’t muster up the strength to stop them, and start chatting.

What’s the frame I need to adopt in order to build the confidence and charisma to be able to confidently approach in the above situations?
