Eh. I honestly draw the line at 1 on 1 meet-ups with women when I'm in an LTR. I'm not trying to convince you of what's morally right or wrong, but let me explain something. A woman who wants to meet up with you after 10 years is not just trying to say "hi". She wants you. If you already have a nice girl, and you don't plan on straying, it just sounds like a big waste of time to me. Why invest energy in a girl who wants you that you don't want back? Does she have business connections?

If your LTR is really jealous, let others actions work for you. You don't need to do anything. The fact that other women are expressing interest in you will boost attraction in your LTR.

Be mindful of comfort tests. She might feel very insecure and anxious. You should know the different between shit / comfort tests.

If she expresses insecurity and needs some reassurance that you're still exclusive with her, give her a hint of romance (beta). Slap her ass and say something like, "You're adorable. You're too cute to be worried about something like that."
