there are some good reasons to not sleep over:

you probably get a worse sleep. And you need good sleep for all that lifting you're doing, right?
it's relationship-y, and she might get the wrong idea

The reason why not to is because she’ll get more attached that way, and if you’re not looking to LTR this girl eventually it may cause your plate to break as you’re kind of sending her mixed signals. By just fucking and leaving you are demonstrating this is just sex. By fucking her and cuddling and staying the night you are demonstrating comfort

Personally I love to spoon up and fall asleep after sex. As long as expectations are managed it's totally sustainable. More often than not, plates would prefer I not spend the night, for various reasons of their own.

I don't even give a fuck about if sleeping over with a plate is "red pill" or not.

I just get the worst sleep ever if I sleep in the same bed as someone. I wake up 5 times a night and feel like absolute shit.

sleeping over with someone can be taken the wrong way depending on the person. if the people UNDERSTANDS that you guys are just fucking and nothing more, go do it as much as you want. its convinent .

If the people DONT UNDERSTAND that you guys are just fucking and she wants MORE, you will (NOT MAYBE) but WILL , give the idea that you guys are a couple and she will use this as "you leading her on" (lmao) . this reason is why guys here will say dont do this. hell the guy himself may even get feelings.

Once and a while isn't bad. But if you haven't established her as a solid plate, your beta could leak out during a shit test, due to your close proximity and longer duration spent around her.
