Frame is not compromising on the SELF. Theres giving someone the choice or allowing someone to get something they want but Frame is not compromising your essence.

Listen to some of Jordan Peterson's lectures on YouTube, or read his book 12 Rules for Life. He's a psychologist that talks particularly about what men can do to live a fulfilling life. There's a lot of good information from him that ALL betas should be learning
